How would you describe your photography style?
Natural, clean and documentary with an editorial feel to it. My approach is one of telling the story through emotions, candid moments, details, tones and beautiful imperfections.
What advice would you give to the camera-shy couple?
Being yourself in front of a stranger requires vulnerability and courage. I believe that people are more often photographer-shy, and once they start trusting the photographer and are feeling comfortable with the person behind the lens, the camera itself is not a problem. That's why I put a lot of effort into getting to know the people I work with and creating a relaxed and fun experience.
As an estimate, how long does your editing process take?
It really depends on so many factors. A smaller elopement may take 2 weeks, while a full day wedding with multiple photographers 5-7 weeks.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Absolutely. Combining my passions of travel and photography the winning combination. I will visit any corner of the globe to capture a love story.
CAN WE PRINT OUR WEDDING PHOTOS?
Sure thing! You will recieve high resolution files with a print release so you’re welcome to print any of the images on your own or create your own album.
HOW DO WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
Your photos will be delivered to a secured online gallery, that will be available for you, your guests and your family once editing is done. The photos will be ready for download in the highest possible quality without any watermarks.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?
Upon signing the contract, you are required to pay a 30% booking retainer. The rest of the payment is due prior to the wedding. Payment can be processed by a credit card online or by check. That is totally up to you, so just let me know what works better.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD WE ALLOW FOR COUPLE PORTRAITS
ON THE DAY?
At least 30 minutes – 1 hour! That is the minimum time needed away from the hustle and bustle, and get some awesome shots of you together! Occasionally we split this time up and use a little post-ceremony and some later in the day at sunset.
BOOKINGS?
I work on a first come, first serve basis. Once the deposit is paid your wedding date is firmly secured. Sadly I can not hold dates for you without payed deposit and the signed contract.
WHAT IS THAT THAT MAKES AN IMAGE MAGICAL?
For us, it is always an emotion – the one that is captured and the one that is triggered by seeing the image. It’s the chemistry between a photographer and a person, place, detail.
WHY WOULD I ORDER AN ALBUM ?
Having your favorite pictures on a beautiful print is the ultimate goal. Creating an album takes 2-3 months so it’s good to think ahead and if it’s included in a package it’s more affordable.
